Launched in December 2007, the new GateVault service features everything offered by the direct offering from Tilana (Tilana Reserve), including a unique pricing structure called PayOnce™. For a $2 per GB one-time fee, subscribers can store any personal or business media, whether it's a backup copy or offloaded as an archive. Ongoing access to the remotely-stored data is an unchanging $14.95 per month, regardless of how much space is consumed in the data center, and additional storage space is always available at the same PayOnce $2 per GB.
Installation of the co-branded GateVault service at Hostway began just four weeks before its launch with an on-site training visit.

Through a special partnership new co-branded and white label implementations of Tilana's storage platform will get managed hosting services from Hostway, including system architecture and monitoring, billing, provisioning, and customer relationship management tools.
The non-exclusive agreement between Hostway and Tilana is one that provides Hostway with the opportunity to roll out newer co-branded offerings similar to GateVault under it's other brands, and gives Tilana the opportunity of launching other offerings built on Hostway's or any other infrastructure.
Tilana is now poised to build more distribution agreements around other data center deployments, and to extend its penetration into the business and mass-market hosting spaces and beyond.
